I had a facial yesterday. My specialist said that my skin is doing better (less blackheads and oil), but I may be putting too many acids on my face. Turns out, glycolic acid might be worse for scars than better for them. I did get a Dermatologica kit to try but looking for the stuff after that one runs out is expensive. The trial kit was $41 but the individual products online are $80+ individually.
I’m going to shop around for less expensive products, but I will add in Vitamin C to my skincare and see of they improve in between microdermabrasion treatments. It was included with my package so I’ll follow up in a month and see how my “freckles” are doing.
Below is a picture of what me and my freckles look like currently. I did make a new scar on my face from popping a pimple on my cheek. Ugh. Exactly why you shouldn’t pop or squeeze blackheads, whiteheads or pimples.

Your face looks pretty good . I still have some acne scars , but I try to moisturize and tone more often.

Hi, First off I don’t know exactly what your skin problems are so I’m not about to launch into a you should try …
But what I wanted to share was that I’ve very recently started to make my own stuff. First off it was crochet cotton soap bags to hold my facial cleansing bar so that I get a gentle exfoliation as I lather. I went on to make after-shower body butter – that proved amazing and my skin stayed soft for two days instead of the usual itchy flaking!
My latest products have been an anti-wrinkle serum for my face and a choco-orange lip balm. I realize that your skin isn’t dry – and certainly doesn’t have wrinkles – but there are essential oils for oily skin, Vitamin E for scar tissue, etc. There’s lots of books including e-books with recipes and recommendations.
Hope you can find something that works for you.

Hey this is kind of of off topic but I wass wanting to know
if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with
HTML. I’m starting a blog slon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience.
Any help would be enormously appreciated!
